SPONSORS/EXHIBITORS Important Information and Special Instructions 

Date: Thursday, February 22, 2024, 

11:30 am-2:30 pm set up.

There will be NIIA volunteers and GES staff available to answer questions. 

The Reno-Sparks Convention Center does not allow anything to be stuck to the walls or floors of the facility.  

2:30- 3:15 pm Exhibitor Reception- Join the NIIA Board of Directors for a pre-show Exhibitors Reception.  

3:20 pm Exhibitors stage for show. In preparation of the tradeshow exhibitor staff please get to booths and have items prepared to greet guests.  

3:30 pm Show floor opens. 

There will be a number of prizes and entertainment at the event. Should you like to offer a raffle prize at your booth you are welcome to do so. During the show, we will have someone announcing your booth, prize and maybe the winner. You may choose if winner must be present or if  winner is not present, you may choose to deliver to them after the show or draw another winner.  Attendees  must be present to win the NIIA Main Event prizes.  

6:30 pm Exhibitor tear down Exhibitors should remain fully set up until 6:30 pm. Tearing down early will qualify exhibitor for a $150 Fine.  

7:30 pm Exhibitors must be cleared out of venue. Do not leave anything behind unless you have coordinated with GES to dispose or ship items back. They will provide instructions and mailing labels for your items needing to be shipped back to your company.  

Suitcasing is NOT allowed.
